The Serious Food Company was launched in April 2006 into the premium desserts market to great fan fare and applause for taking classic desserts and giving them a modern and contemporary twist, by using chef inspired recipes, only the best ingredients, never compromising by using artificial enhancers and presenting the desserts sleek white ceramic packaging.
Since its launch the brand has continued to evolve and innovate, and has won many awards with its chef created desserts and flavours that push boundaries such as Gianduja with Sea Salted Caramel. Due to recent consumer demand our packaging has taken a more eco friendly approach, we now use compostable and recyclable materials but the products have lost none of their quality.
We believe the quality of our desserts should not be affected by the manufacturing process, to ensure this we make all products in small batches to faithfully preserve the chefs recipes and achieve fantastic flavour and texture.
In August 2008 Serious Desserts was acquired by Noble Foods the largest supplier of eggs and egg products to retailers and manufacturing within in the UK, the business continues to trade as Noble Foods desserts but retains, produces and markets the Serious Food Company brand. |
